• Upload or take a photo on an ID card where all text and barcodes are clearly visible
• Take your selfie in a well-lit room
• No need to hold your ID in your selfie. The algorithm compares the photo on your ID to your selfie.
• Review and confirm if the system correctly detected your name and other details from your ID card

If the status is rejected or pending, one of our teammates will check manually and either accept or reset the process for you.
