If you have completed the tasks you should have received an email saying:

• Confirmation: your contribution was reviewed and accepted and the package is being processed, or
• Incomplete: your contribution was incomplete and you need to check your submission again.

After your confirmation email, we'll send you another one with your tracking number. You can use it on Mongol Post. Here is the direction:

• Make sure you have any blockers/disablers off when checking the status.
• If you're still having trouble, try switching your browser.
• It takes atleast 7-21 business days for your shipment to arrive.
