home INTRODUCTION
In this section, you can create or use our growth hacking templates to start marketing campaigns. This feature follows the entire process of ideas your organization may have, from start to finish. Performances are measured by the ICE, RICE and PIE methodology You can evaluate the stages and customize the specificities of the project. You can view these on four different views.
- Board view:Ā This view allows you to see your workflow in its current condition and plan out the next steps.
- Priority max view: This view allows you to see ideas from the least effort/highest performance.
- Weighted scoring view:Ā This view allows you to see the success percentage of your ideas by the ICE/RICE/PIE scoring model.
- Funnel view:Ā Ā This view allows you to see each experiment mapped to each stage in the customer journey - allowing you to match your ideas to your key customer journey pinch points.
How to create growth hacking templates
- Click on theĀ Growth Hacking TemplatesĀ in theĀ SettingsĀ menu.
- ClickĀ New Growth Hacking TemplatesĀ and enter the name and description of the template. If you prefer you can duplicate previous templates and customize it according to your needs.
- Create stages for the template. Similar to theĀ sales pipeline, tasks and ticket boardĀ you will have stages.
- Enter the following information to customize yourĀ Growth Hacking TemplateĀ to your preferences.
- Stages:Ā This is essentially your timeline/stages of the idea. You will be able to add and categorize under these created stages to discern what stage an idea is at.
- You can add fields under these stages to ask questions to get feedback and/or collect the ideas internally.
