In the Dashboard section, you can oversee the progress and effectiveness of your organization’s activities and make management decisions. With charts and graphs, you will be able to review the progression of your organization. You can generate and review reports as follows.
- With regularly periodic reports such as recurring weekly reports.
- With reports from certain times such as, from 05.01 - 05.15 or 06/01 - 06.15. These reports can be stored and then reviewed later for reference.
How to create a dashboard
- Click on Dashboard on the main menu.
- Click on Create a Dashboard and name the dashboard. You can have multiple dashboards to review certain reports next to certain reports. We suggest having different dashboards for different departments in your organization.
- Click on Create a new chart and fill in the following.
- Type: Choose the type of information you would like to create a chart from.
- Measure: Choose the measure in which you would like the chart to use to measure data. The measure will depend on your previously chosen type.
- Count: Choose how you would like the chart or graph to be measured with numbers.
- Average response time: Displays the average time spent per conversation.
- Average resolve time: Displays the average time taken to resolve a matter.
- Total amount: Displays the total amount of revenue.
- Average amount: Displays the average amount of revenue.
- Dimension: Choose the dimension in which you would like the chart to use to collect data. The dimension will depend on your previously chosen type. You will be able filter the dimensions to make your chart more focused and less general through the following filters.
- Status
- Tag
- Country
- City
- Business Type
- Assigned User
- Integration Name
- First Responded User
- Priority
- Stage Name
- Modified by
- Time: Choose the time frame you would like your chart to be based on. You can choose from the following date options. These options refer to when your chosen type was created, modified, updated, closed or first responded to.
