Getting to know the Campaigns:
The Campaigns feature is a vital feature for growing your business and staying connect with your customers and companies that you have built a relationship with. The Campaign allows you to send out Emails, Messages, and SMS to your customers automatically so you won't lose valuable time sending out mass Emails, Messages, or SMS manually. You can access your Campaigns page within the left hand side menu under Marketing->Campaigns. Once you click your Campaigns page it should look like this:

The Campaigns section consists of few sub-sections. These sections are as follows:
- You can filter the Campaigns by Kind, Status, Tags
- You can see the list of Current Campaigns
- You can create New Campaigns
- You can see the Campaign statistics by Email Statistics
To set up your Campaigns: Campaigns->New Campaigns
The Campaigns feature consists of three types of messages:

- Auto campaign
- Manual campaign
- Visitor auto campaign
Auto campaign
Auto campaign allows you to send out mass Emails, Messenger, SMS to your targetted customers automatically at a scheduled time. The chosen segments for the customers will be updated automatically and you may pause the automated campaign at any time.
Manual Campaign
The main function of the Manual Campaign is to send out mass emails only once to the targeted customers.
- To create an automated campaign: Campaign->New campaign->Auto campaign
- To create a manual campaign: Campaign->New Campaign->Manual Campaign

- First you will Insert your Title for the Campaign
- After that you will have to Choose Channel
- You can select from Email, Messenger, SMS
- Click Next
- After that you will be brought to the "Who is this campaign for?" section:

- First you will have to select Choose a Segment
- If you don't have one at the moment you can select Create a Segment
- Afterward click Choose a message type
- Select from the Segments, Tags, Brand
- Depending on what you've selected, you will now have to choose the type
- Click Next
- Here you will be brought to the "Compose your campaign" section:

- Click the From to choose a user to send from
- Enter the name of the Sender
- Enter who the customers will Reply To
- Enter in your Email Subject
- Select your Email Template
- If you have an attachment click Upload an Attachment
- Set your Schedule
- Choose when to send your emails click Choose Date
- Comopse your email in the Content
- Click Save & Draft if you need to make adjustments later on
- Click Send & Live to start your Campaign
Visitor Auto message
Visitor Auto message is displayed for unregistered users or new visitors that are viewing your website or integrations.
- To createa an Visitor Auto message: Campaign->New Campaign->Visitor Auto message

- Create the Title for your message
- For your visitors you can Add Rule
- Click Next
- Afterwards you will brought to the "Compose your campaign" section:

- Compose your message
- Select a team member in the From section
- Select the Brand
- Select the type of message in the Sent As
- Click Save & Draft if you need to make adjustments later on
- Click Send & Live to start your Campaign
Managing your Campaigns
After having created your Campaigns, the next important thing to do is to manage and keeping track of the Campaigns. Back on the main Campaigns page you should be able to see all of the Campaigns have successfully created. Here you will be able to check Email Statistics and manage them through the Actions column.
Actions:
In the campaign section you will now have an Actions column, within the column you can do the following:
- Copy: It will copy the campaign you have created
- Edit: Allows you to make adjustments to the current campaign
- Statistics: You can see all related information of the campaign
- Pause: Allows you to pause the current campaign
- Delete: You can delete your campaigns

Email Statistics:
By clicking the Email Statistics button in the upper right hand corner, a pop up menu will appear showing you your Average Email Statistics. These statistics include:
- Sent: Here you will see the percentage of emails that are being sent
- Delivered: Here you will see the percentage of emails that have been delivered
- Opened: Here you will see the percentage of emails that have been opened
- Clicked: Here you will see the percentage of clients who clicked one or more links in the email
- Complaint: Here you will see the percentage of recipient marked the email as spam
- Bounce: Here you will see the percentage of emails that have been returned by the recepient
- Rejected: Here you will see the percentage of emails that Amazon SES accepted but determined that it contained a virus, and rejected it
- Rendering Failure: Here you will see the percentage of emails wasn't sent because of a template rendering issue
The Average Email Statistics menu looks something like this:

Detailed Statistics:
If you want to see more in depth statistics of each email Campaigns, you can do so by selecting a specific Campaign within the main page and it will take you to that specific Campaign. The menu section of the Campaign contains the following:
- Email Preview
- Statistics
- Log Messages
In the left had side of the menu, you will see get an Email Preview. Within the Email Preview section you will be able to see who sent the email, the subject of the email, and the content of the email. The Email Preview should look like so:

In the right hand side of the menu you will see all of the Statiscts that relates to the Campaign you have selected. Here you will see how many times the Campaign has been used from the Campaign Has Run section and when the last time it was used in the Last Run At section. Below that section you will have the Statistics section with all of your following statistics that looks like this:

- Total: Number of emails that has been sent
- Sent: Here you will see the number of emails that are being sent
- Delivered: Here you will see the number of emails that have been delivered
- Opened: Here you will see the number of emails that have been opened
- Clicked: Here you will see the number of clients who clicked one or more links in the email
- Complaint/Spam: Here you will see the number of recipient marked the email as spam
- Bounce: Here you will see the number of emails that have been returned by the recepient
- Rendering Failure: Here you will see the number of emails wasn't sent because of a template rendering issue
- Rejected: Here you will see the number of emails that Amazon SES accepted but determined that it contained a virus, and rejected it
Scrolling down the Statistics section you will have a temrinal window called the Log Messages displaying all of the log details. In this window you will be able to see all of the emails that have been checked and verified, all of the emails that has been sent, all of the emails that has not been sent, and general status of the Campaign. The Log Messages looks like so:

- Create campaign linked to Task/Ticket/Sale
- Create product onboarding sequence campaign
- Check the campaign is working properly
