Manager your Custom Properties on erxes :
The best way to understand basic and the more detailed information of your Leads, Customers, Companies & Product & Service all depends on how users will set up their Custom Property.
One way to ensure your Custom Property meets the needs of your business is to make sure to create the custom properties correctly. Please go to Settings - Properties - Select which are that you want to create your Custom Property. There are three areas in which you create your Custom Property :
- Customers
- Companies
- Products & Services
If you would like to create a Custom Property based on your Types of Consumers such as Loyal Customers, Impulsive Shoppers, Bargain Hunters, Wandering Customers, and Need-Based Customers. You can do this by creating a group in the Custom Property. The group would be called Types of Consumers and later on, you would add the Property which are the examples that I mentioned above.

Later on, when a person reaches out through the Channels on erxes the user will be able to list the Lead/Customer by the Custom Property which in our case is the Types of Consumers.

Moreover, a user can download the CSV file based on the Custom Property that has been created. In this case, the types of Consumers Custom Property can be downloaded as a CSV file which means the people associated with this Custom Property will be known once it will be downloaded.

By creating the Custom Property a user can create a segment based on the Custom Property as well. In our case, since we listed one person as a loyal consumer/impulsive shopper it will be shown as 1 person. In addition, after creating the Segment based on the Custom Property there will be a number shown. You can see the full information of this person such as their full name, phone number, and their email by going to your Contacts - Customers and there will be a heading which is called Filter it by segments where all of your created Segments will be shown.
