The number of filters set for enrollment criteria is bound by the number and type of Triggers you set. But you can add as many filters as you'd like in a single Trigger. For each automation, it is required to enable the re-enrollment and choose which criteria will trigger the automation. Records are enrolled in the automation every time they meet the enrollment criteria.
n this case, this automation will work when a conversation is tagged with a specific tag while still matching the content criteria. This automation will only create one task card.
error CAUTION
If you were to check both filters as enrollment criteria, this automation will first create a task when the content matches the filter and create a second task when the conversation is tagged.
