For older accounts, this feature is hidden by default. If you're unable to see the icon on the left side menu, you need to first enable it by following these steps:
- Go to 'Settings' and click on 'Permissions'
- Click 'New permission'
- Choose 'Automations' from the Modules dropdown
- Select the specific actions you want to grant access for
- Choose the team member or group
- Click the 'Allowed' checkbox
- Click 'Save'

Only organization owners, i.e. the team member who first created the organization, can set this permission the first time. If you don't see 'Automations' from the Modules dropdown, please reach out to your organization owner.
