- Brands. The number of your brands directly correlates to the number of your erxes widgets: messenger, knowledgebase, and popup forms. Each brand gets 1 erxes messenger and 1 knowledgebase. We provide an unlimited number of popups.
- Team members - every team member you invite has "Active" status.
- Integrations - very integration that has "Active" or "Archived" status. Archiving allows you to keep all the previous data that came in with that integration. For example, any Facebook leads that you might have collected through the Facebook Messenger integration. If you'd like to free up some integration credit, you can permanently delete an integration instead of archiving it.
- Contacts - every Visitor, Lead, Customer, Company you have.
- Visitors are the contacts you might have collected through the erxes messenger. This data is used later on when you create visitor engagement messages.
- Leads are imported or automatically created through any of your integrations or erxes popup forms. For example, anyone who fills out your erxes popup, or emails you through the email you've integrated into erxes is added as a lead.
- Customers are imported, or once a lead converts, and you can change the state by editing their profile.
- Companies are imported or added individually.
- Email Sending - every email you send through erxes. Transactional emails do not count. This limit is reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. The limit resets on the day you've created your account.
- SMS Sending - every text message you send through erxes. This limit is reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. The limit resets on the day you've created your account.
- Email and Phone Verifications - every email you verify through our built-in verification system. This limit is reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. The limit resets on the day you've created your account.
- Event Tracking - every script you install to track a certain behavior is counted as one event to track. For example, once you install the event tracking script and create a segment with that, it is counted as 1 event. It is not going to count each button clicks/instances/sessions for that event (i.e., "Talk to Sales" button).Â
- Dashboards - every dashboard you create. You can add many charts to one dashboard.
- Storage - every attachment you upload in the Contacts, Notes, Messenger, Knowledgebase, etc. Also, every attachment you send/receive through the email integrations.
Everything else is unlimited:
- Sales Pipelines
- Channels
- Products and Services
- and many more
