White labeling is when a product or service removes its brand and logo from the end product and instead uses the branding requested by the purchaser.
As part of the Company Branding add-on, we offer:
- Branding the login landing page with your information as well as favicon
- The xxx.app.erxes.io link is no longer displayed in the 'end conversation' alert
- Transactional emails are sent from your preferred email (Settings / System Config / Common Mail Config)
- Access to your erxes account with your custom domain
These can be accessed from Settings / Org Settings:

The custom domain statuses are:
- UNDEFINED - is not set at all
- PENDING - config has started
- ACTIVE - live and working
Note that changes to DNS records may take up to 24 hours to propagate. Consider using the tool at www.whatsmydns.net to check your site's DNS records around the globe.
The following section contains provider-specific instructions for changing the DNS settings. If your provider is not listed below, try searching your hosting provider's documentation or use a search engine to find instructions to add a DNS CNAME-record.
1and1.com
- Log in to your account at admin.1and1.com
- If it's not already selected, click the Administration tab.
- Click Domains. The Domain Overview page appears.
- If there is already a DNS record for your site's address, edit that record starting at Step 6. Otherwise, you will need to create a new record by selecting Create Subdomain from the New drop-down menu.
- Enter the prefix of your serving domain that you want to add the record for. For example, if your serving domain is
www.example.com, enter justwwwhere. - Check the box next to the serving domain. (Example:
www.example.com) - From the DNS menu, select Edit DNS Settings.
- Click the radio button next to CNAME.
- Next to Alias, enter your erxes subdomain: title.app.erxes.io
- Click OK.
aruba.it
- Log into your account at admin.aruba.it and navigate to the Control Panel and click on DNS.
- Click on the Manage button in the CNAME Record section.
- If there is already a record for your serving domain, then edit that record. Otherwise, create a new CNAME record with the Host field of the prefix of your serving domain. For example, if your serving domain is
www.example.com, enter justwwwhere. - In the Nom CNAME field, enter your erxes subdomain: title.app.erxes.io
- Click on Continue, and then Save Settings to commit the change.
bluehost.com
- Log into the cPanel at www.bluehost.com.
- Select the DNS Zone Editor icon in the Domains section.
- Select the domain you're modifying from the drop-down box.
- If there is already a DNS record for your serving domain, then edit that record starting at Step 6. Otherwise, scroll down to the heading named Add DNS Record.
- In the Name field, enter the prefix of the serving domain that you want to add the record for. For example, if your serving domain is
www.example.com, enter justwwwhere. - Leave the TTL field at its default setting.
- From the drop-down labeled Type, select CNAME.
- In the CNAME field, enter your erxes subdomain: title.app.erxes.io
- Click on the Add Record button to create the record.
dreamhost.com
- Log in to your account at panel.dreamhost.com.
- Click Domains on the left side and select Manage Domains from the drop-down menu.
- Click the DNS link located under your domain.
- If there is already a DNS record for your serving domain, then edit that record starting at Step 6. Otherwise, you will need to create a new record.
- In the Name field, enter the prefix of your serving domain that you want to add the record for. For example, if your serving domain is
www.example.com, enter justwwwhere. - Change the Type to CNAME.
- In the Value field, enter your erxes subdomain (title.app.erxes.io) as the domain to point the record to.
- Click the Add Record Now! button to add the record.
gandi.net
- Log in to your account at gandi.net.
- Click the Administration tab, and then click the Control Panel link.
- Click the domain you want to manage, and go to Technical Settings.
- Click Manage DNS zone file.
- If there is already a DNS record for your serving domain, then edit that record. Otherwise, click Add an entry to create a new record.
- For each field, do the following:
- In the Name field, enter the prefix of your serving domain that you want to add the record for. For example, if your serving domain is
www.example.com, enter justwwwhere. - For the Type field, Select CNAME.
- For the Value field, enter your erxes subdomain: title.app.erxes.io
- In the Name field, enter the prefix of your serving domain that you want to add the record for. For example, if your serving domain is
- Click Submit.
- You should be back to the list of entries. Click Submit Changes.
godaddy.com
- Log in to your account at www.godaddy.com by clicking the My Account tab.
- Under the Domains header, find the domain you're using and click Launch to the right of this domain.
- Under the DNS Manager header, click Launch.
- In the CNAME (Alias) section, click Quick Add. If there is already a CNAME record for your serving domain, you can click anywhere in the existing CNAME record's row to edit.
- In the new row that appears, enter the following information:
- Host: Enter the prefix of your serving domain that you want to add the record for. For example, if your serving domain is
www.example.com, enter justwwwhere. - Points to: enter your erxes subdomain: title.app.erxes.io
- TTL: Leave the TTL value to the default selection.
- Host: Enter the prefix of your serving domain that you want to add the record for. For example, if your serving domain is
- At the top or the bottom of the page, click the Save Zone File button.
- Click OK in the pop-up.
hosteurope.de
- Log in to your account at kis.hosteurope.de.
- From the menu select Administration -> Domain Services -> Administration -> Edit AutoDNS domains. This will show you a list of your domains.
- Clicking on Edit will take you to the configuration menu of the domain, which has 3 sections.
- In the DNS Entries section, you can create a new record from the last row of the table. If you see an existing record for the serving domain, edit that one instead of creating a new record.
- In the Hostname field, enter the prefix of your serving domain that you want to add the record for. For example, if your serving domain is
www.example.com, enter justwwwhere. - For the Zeigt Auf (Type) field, select CNAME.
- In the last column, which is the value field, enter your erxes subdomain: title.app.erxes.io
- Click Neu Alegen (New Record) to create the new record.
namecheap.com
- Log into your Namecheap account.
- Once you are logged in, go to the Domains tab and click on Manage Domains.
- Click on your domain name.
- In the left-hand menu find and click All Host Records. Note that if you do not have this option listed in the left-hand menu, it likely means that your domain uses a third party name server, and you will need to set up the serving domain at their website instead of here.
- Check to see if there is an existing DNS record with the prefix of the serving domain you want to set up. For example, if your serving domain is
www.example.comthere should be a record with the Host Name field ofwww, and you should edit this record instead of creating a new one. Otherwise in a new row under the Subdomain Settings section, in the Host Name field, enter the prefix of the serving domain (for example,xyzfor the domainxyz.example.com). - In the IP Address/URL field, enter your erxes subdomain: title.app.erxes.io
- In the Record Type menu, select CNAME Record.
- Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.
ovh.com
- Log into your account.
- Choose your domain from the menu on the left. Click Domains & DNS. Then click DNS zone.
- If there is already a DNS record for your serving domain, then edit that record. Otherwise, create a new record by clicking CNAME field to get a form with fields for Subdomain and Target address.
- In the Subdomain field, enter the prefix of your serving domain that you want to add the record for. For example, if your serving domain is
www.example.com, enter justwwwhere. - Enter your erxes subdomain: title.app.erxes.io in the Target Address field.
- Then click Accept.
transip.nl
- Log in to your account at www.transip.nl.
- Under the header Domain & hosting, click the domain that you wish to manage.
- In the Domain menu, click DNS Management.
- If there is an existing A or CNAME record for your serving domain, edit its record instead of creating a new one.
- In the column Type, select CNAME.
- In the column Name, enter the prefix of your serving domain that you want to add the record for. For example, if your serving domain is
www.example.com, enter justwwwhere. - Leave the TTL column on the default value.
- In the Value field, enter your erxes subdomain: title.app.erxes.io
- Click Save.
