How to create your brands and channels in erxes?

You need to distinguish your brands for their respective integrations, automation, forms, etc

For example, erxes have two different brands named erxes Inc and erxes Mongolia to distinguish between international and local customers to custom target them and absorb marketing data.

Channels are a bit different in that you can completely disappear your already created brands for certain team members during the integration process.

So without further ado, let's get straight into it!

In order to create a brand you have to:

• Log in to your organization
• Navigate to the "Settings" page
• Click on "Brands"
• Select "+ Add New Brand"
• Give it a unique name. Please note that you will see this name across the whole platform so it should be distinguishable from your brands.
• Give it a description if you want to
• You can leave the email parts for now
• Click "Save" to save your brand
• Repeat the previous 5 steps for each of your brands

In order to create your channels you have to: 

• Log in to your organization
• Navigate to the "Settings" page
• Click on "Channels"
• Select "+ Add New Channel"
• Give your channel a name
• Give it a description if you want to
• Add the members you want to include in this channel
• Repeat the previous 4 steps for the rest of the channels
