The Sales Pipeline Conversion has two parts. The first table which is shown at the top of the conversation shows the movement of the deals. For example, in the picture in the meeting agenda, there have been 12 deals created initially since it shows 6/12. The numbers that are in grey shows the current deals in each stage. In our case, there are 6 deals.
In the long wait stage, there have been 0 deal cards created initially. But, 2 deal cards have been moved from the meeting agenda either from the meeting agenda stage or from the waiting response stage.
The won is calculated by 12*100=1200/12 - which is 100% in our case because as we can see 12 deal cards are in the Won stage since it shows 12/1.
The won is calculated by multiplying the total number of deal cards which is 12 deal cards by 100 = 1200 and dividing it by the total number of deal cards in the won stage which is in our case 100%.
The next part of the sales pipeline calculates the stayed, in progress, and the lost stages. The equation for the Lost is -> initial state - stayed - inProgress = Lost.
For example, there have been 12 deal cards in the Initial State ( Meeting Agenda) and 5 deal cards have stayed in that Meeting Stage which is 12-5=7. In addition, since there are 8 deal cards in the meeting agenda still in (progress) stage at the moment -> 7-8 (In Progress) which makes it = -1
The difference between the first and the second conversation rate table is that the first table only analyzes how many deals have been created in certain stages and how many of them are in which stage by differentiating them with two colors which are Black and Grey.
The second table analyzes the deal cards in each stage by calculating it with the equation which is: initial state - stayed - inProgress = Lost.
