In this article, we will show you how to set up an erxes Messenger.
- Create a Brand and Channel (Settings ->Â Integration Settings -> Brands / Channels)
- Create Integrations: erxes Messenger, Knowledgebase, Popups (Settings -> Integration Settings -> App Store)
- Add your Integrations, such as your newly added Messenger, to the desired Channel (Settings ->Â Integration Settings -> Channels -> Manage Integrations)
- Add your Knowledgebase to the Messenger, if any (Settings ->Â Integration Settings -> Script Manager)
- Add your Popup to the Messenger, if any Settings -> Integration Settings -> Script Manager)
- Install your Messenger script on to your website
- See your erxes Messenger chats in your Team Inbox
