The second article will give a guide on connecting your erxes with your Google Sheets using Integromat. Basically, this means each time there's new information on your Google Excel Sheets/or any other external source you’ll be receiving the new data to your erxes.
First of all, you should go to, Settings - App Store - Webhooks - Integromat - Script ->This means any data could come from any source.

Second of all, in the script section the data you want to receive from the external source should be written. For example, as you can see below in the example payload section different codes are written. Along with this, if you want to receive the information of the customer’s primary email you could write customer primary email.
Thirdly, create a new scenario - Search Google Sheets - from the trigger types select watch rows - connection - email address must be connected - select the Google sheets you want your data to be written -
Since specific ID represents when to consider a new data has been written on Google Sheets. It could be all of it which means you’ll consider each row/data as data; or you can create it manually as well. For example, if you want to exclude the information that was written on A3 row you can write manually.
Now we’re adding a new module from the Google Sheets which will be an HTTP.

The action which will be chosen is Make a Request. Now you have to copy the link you created on your erxes on your URL HTTP.
On the header, the token must be copied.
The body type will be raw.
Content type will be JSON.
Request content is basically the information you want to receive to your erxes. This depends on each person and it could be just email and phone numbers as well. You can customize this section to your needs.
In this video we’re selecting the customer first name and therefore first name (A) should be chosen.
Take a comma, write customer last name and select the last name (B) from the row. Write primary email and select email ( C ) row, customerprimaryphone select phone D, write content and select the content row. Basically we’re pointing out the information that we want to receive by identifying the specific JSONS.
In order to check whether our JSON is working we’re writing a new row/information on our Google Sheet. You can create a contact with random names in order to test it out. Please make sure to press "run once" before creating a new contact on erxes.
Moreover, as you can see the HTTPS has already been completed without any error since the finalization has been completed.

Since the integration has been successful let’s look into the schedule. Integromat allows you to define when and how often an activated scenario shall run. To do so, go to the scenario detail page and open the Schedule setting panel under the Options tab and choose Scheduling.
In our case we’re choosing the “15 minutes” interval and this is the minimum one.
