home INTRODUCTION
The process of integrating Facebook messenger is similar to the process of  integrating your Facebook page. After this completing the integration, all of your organization’s messages will be automatically sent into your team’s common inbox on erxes. In order to connect your messenger:
- You must be an admin.
- You must be permitted by an erxes system administrator.
- If you added the organization on erxes, you will be permitted.
How to connect your Facebook messenger

- Click on ‘App store’ in the Integration settings.
- Click ‘Add’ next to ‘Facebook Messenger.Â
- Click ‘Continue with Facebook’ in the new window.
- If you have already connected on Facebook Post, skip this step.
- Click on ‘Continue as you’ to temporarily connect your Facebook account to erxes.
- If you have already connected on Facebook Post, skip this step.
- Select your chosen account.
- Select the pages you would like to link on erxes.

- Enter the following information to successfully link your page.
- Integration name
- Brand: The brand in which the Facebook page represents.
- If you haven’t created a brand yet, you can create one by following the steps here(link to brands).
- Channel: The channel(s) in which the integration will put it into.
- If you haven’t created relevant channels yet, you can create one by following the steps here(link to channels).
- To view your successfully connected Facebook messenger integration, you can check on the App store page.
